Account Deletion Overview

If you wish to permanently delete your Car Myntra account and all associated data, this page provides you with the necessary information and options to do so.

What Will Be Deleted

Your account credentials and profile information

All your car listings and posted ads
Car purchase and sale history
Saved favorite cars and search preferences
Preferences and notification settings

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

You will not be able to recover any of your data
All your car listings, ads, and transaction history will be permanently removed
You will not have access to your chat history and messages with buyers/sellers
Any pending transactions or payments will be settled as per policy

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Through the App (Recommended)

Open the Car Myntra app on your device
Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account
Read the warning carefully and tap Continue
Enter your password to confirm your identity
Tap Permanently Delete My Account
Your account will be deleted within 24 hours

Option 2: Email Request

What Happens After Deletion

Within 7 days: Your data is purged from our backup systems.
Within 30 days: Your data is completely removed from all secondary systems and partners.
